  • Embodyoga FlowEnd the domination of a fragmentary mind and experience Unity directly! Enjoy flowing practice and precise attention to detail as you develop whole-body integration core strength and overall well-being. Perceive the tangible support, and inner alignment, of organs, glands, muscles and bones, through explorations in Embodied Anatomy. Experience comfortable, graceful and injury-free movement in yoga (and in life) through whole-body-support templates.   • Ashtanga ExplorationAshtanga yoga is a system of yoga introduced to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Our classes are a moving meditation of breath-connected postures. The postures flow together like beads on a string, or a “mala”.
